Foundations in Behavior is always searching for all levels, full time and part time, BCBA’s, BCBA’s, RBT’s, and Behavior Assistants. We offer competitive hourly rates and employee incentive packages. We offer state of the art tools to assist our analysts with data collection, behavior plan development, reporting, and billing notes. In order to streamline data collection and reporting, staff will be provided with an electronic tablet to increase the fidelity in which data is taken. Our analysts also receive an allotment of indirect hours to be used for their client’s each month at the expense of Foundations in Behavior.

As a behavior assistant, you’ll enjoy working one on one with our clients in their home setting. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavior programs alongside our behavior analysts to reduce problem behaviors.

RBTs not only will you work to implement behavior programs designed by our behavior analysts, but our behavior analysts will train you on data collection methods and clinical assessments. The majority of our RBT’s move on to pursue careers as BCaBA’s or BCBA’s.
